- The "freischutz" George Ludwig was executed on June 18, 1629 after he had on the 27th of May 1629 his guilt decided. On the 26th of November 1628 Hans and Margarethe Ludwig were burnt under the gallows. They were found guilty on the 22 Oktober 1628 and could have been related to Georg Ludwig. They were 45 and 60 years old and maybe brother and sister-in-law of the "freischutz" who could have searched for the remains of Georg Ludwig one last time. The father of Hans and Georg was called Marx Ludwig who together with Matthes Conrad on the 14 August 1629 managed to escape.
In connection with this family must also on 14 August 1629 together with his mother Maria , Stefan Ludwig and Anna Maria Ludwig , married Conrad stood trial . There isn't much to report over their fate. If it were that this family belonged together then the witch-hunt wiped out a whole family with 3 grown sons and a daughter-in-law. The family name is Ludwig no longer in Kleinheubach. The only survivor is Anna Maria Ludwig, married Conrad. .
